Mobility Ranch is a brand-new nonprofit organization founded to help disabled kids access independent mobility where it matters most: in their homes.

Hi, we’re the Shaver family!


Mobility Ranch was inspired by the life-changing gift of mobility for our son, who lives with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Thanks to the generosity of family and friends, what started in a 10x10' space at an outpatient therapy appointment grew into a one-of-a-kind, whole-home track system that will enable J. to be independently mobile on foot in his home throughout his life.


Now, we’re paying it forward.

Receiving this kind of generosity changed us. So we started Mobility Ranch to help families learn about track systems like J.’s and kickstart their own journeys toward independent mobility for their loved ones through community education, consulting, resource-sharing, and funding support.
